We went to Madrid for a five day trip to visit our friend Martín and to check out Spain! We had a great time and got to see some really cool stuff!

Mandi standing in front of one of the many jamón shops in the city. Spainards are crazy about the meat, especially jamón! Apparently, good jamón only comes from pigs who have been fed a diet of acorns.
We took a day trip to the old city of Toledo and had fun exploring. This is the front of a Catholic church in the city.

The giant Catholic Cathedral loomed over everything in Toldeo. The architecture was spiky and imposing making the Cathedral feel daunting.
